Hey you guys, it’s been awhile since I’ve posted. Mainly because I haven’t been doing too swell. After the cruise we went on, I gained so much weight back. I’ve been working on losing all of it, but it doesn’t work very well when my back hurts all the time.
Which brings me to this point, if you weigh A LOT, you need to lose weight. I’ve seen SO many posts about how “don’t worry about your weight, you’re beautiful” which is absolute bullshit. Yes, everyone is beautiful, but I want people to know, IT IS NOT GOOD! I know those of you who follow me know this, and you’re like “well, duh” but I urge you to share this with everyone you know who may not be wanting to lose weight.
I KNOW it’s hard, trust me I am in that journey, and I know sometimes you want to sit down and cry and you think “I can’t do this” but you CAN. WE can, but we need determination and support. Don’t let people tell you that you don’t need to lose weight to be healthy, no. You do!
Here is my story, I went to my doctor because my back was killing me, I just wanted to be able to get some medication for it, thinking maybe I just pulled some muscles or something, maybe I have been laying on it wrong, but no. She got some X-rays done, and she discovered what she feared: my spine is deforming. My weight is too much for my back to hold, it’s too much pressure and it’s causing it to curve. If I don’t lose weight, it’ll worsen. It won’t be pretty, it will be painful.
So to all the people that tell you to not listen to those who say you need to lose weight, FUCK THEM. I am telling you here, I am telling you now, lose it before my story becomes yours.
